Terms and Conditions

• The prices described in this page are for personal use only — this means that you’re only allowed to use your commission in a non profitable way. Personal use includes:

  • Using it as pfp (profile picture in social networks)

  • Twitch backgrounds, banners, emotes, etc.

  • Print and exhibit at home

• Credit is not mandatory but very much appreciated. You can add a line in your bio (i.e: pfp by @gigiibrush)

• Commercial commissions have extra fee. This extra fee guarantees you the use of the commission with commercial purposes. Commercial use rights include:

  • Using the design for apparel, stationery or promotional merch in your own business

  • A logo or banner for your business

• You must always credit me in the platform you’re exhibiting the artwork or selling the product, and include a link to one of my socials (instagram, etc).

• My art will never be altered without my consent. You shall not draw on top of add any kind of text, moreover it if may result harmful to my image or doesn’t align with my values (i.e: hate speech)

• Please provide a brief description of your business along with a link to your platform when asking for a commission for said business! Please specify the purpose of the design you’re requesting, how many products you’ll create with my design (if applied), etc. Thank you!

• After the commission is accepted and paid, I’ll provide images of the process in these different stages:

  • Sketch

  • Lineart

  • Base colors

  • Finished piece

• Major changes are accepted during the sketch phase. After that, I reserve the right to charge an extra fee if many big changes are requested. Minor corrections such as little details and color changes are ok, but requests that imply undoing the artwork or modifying it altogether are considered a major change.

• Please send as many references as needed/wanted so that the commission is as close as your wonderful idea as possible! This may be in the form of a very simple doodle, reference images, color palettes etc.

• The finished piece will be sent via e-mail in PNG format unless specified otherwise.

• After the piece is finished, I reserve the right to share the result of your commission via social media, with watermark. In case you’re not comfortable with that please let me know beforehand. Otherwise, I’ll assume you’re okay with this.

  • Timelapses, wips, etc. may be displayed also in my socials.

• I reserve the right to refuse to accept the commission if the request doesn’t align with my values/I don’t feel comfortable with said request.

• Typically a commission may take about 14 days — may be more depending on complexity and time taken to receive feedback from commissioner

• Extra charges may be applied if you want to set up a deadline that’s very close to the date of the order of your commission

The payment is always made beforehand via PayPal: a PayPal (email) account must be facilitated to send the invoice
